Teddy Labissiere is a dynamic filmmaker, photographer, and the visionary founder of Caravan Film Crews, a premier film and photography production house based in Sacramento, California. Originally from New Jersey, Teddy relocated in 2008 and has since established himself as a leading creative force in the industry, known for his cinematic storytelling and captivating visual style.
Teddy's journey is one of relentless drive and entrepreneurial spirit. His foundational business acumen was honed while working for a billionaire real estate mogul, an experience that provided him with a unique understanding of high-stakes business operations. He channeled this knowledge into building Caravan Film Crews from the ground up, transforming it into a trusted partner for some of the world's most recognized brands.
Under his leadership, Caravan Film Crews has developed an impressive portfolio, delivering compelling visual content for an elite clientele that includes the National Science Foundation, Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, NetApp, Invisalign, HiDO Health, the Roberts Family Development Center, Tre Borden Co., and the James Irvine Foundation. His work has also extended to high-stakes political communications, including projects with the Joe Biden presidential campaigns and various Gubernatorial and Senatorial campaigns throughout the US. Teddy specializes in a range of productions, from high-impact corporate videos and events to intimate portraiture, always bringing a sophisticated and cinematic quality to his work.
An innovator at heart, Teddy is also a passionate cryptocurrency enthusiast, consistently staying ahead of technological and creative trends. Outside of his professional pursuits, Teddy is dedicated to mixed martial arts training, having spent four years honing his skills in boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he currently holds a blue belt. This discipline and mental fortitude from his martial arts practice directly translates to his approach to filmmaking and business. He specializes in commercial and brand narrative work, having collaborated with HOKA, Shokz, Brooks, GU, North Italia, and Bohme, always starting with strategy before touching a camera. This concept-first approach transforms business objectives into compelling narratives that resonate across continents and cultures.

Nine-time Emmy Award-winning filmmaker specializing in documentary and commercial storytelling. Over nine years of experience as a cinematographer for VICE, Bloomberg, Weather Channel, and National Geographic, including featured work in Ron Howard's 'Rebuilding Paradise.' Recipient of the Cronkite Award for Excellence in Television Political Journalism and Edward R. Murrow Award. Expert with Sony, RED, and Canon cinema systems. Fluent in Spanish and English.

The studio helps civic, nonprofit, and commercial clients bring their values to life through public art, media, and technology—managing every step from concept to execution, including murals, sculpture, immersive installations, and short films.
Founded by Tré Borden, a Yale graduate (East Asian Studies) with an MBA from UC Davis Graduate School of Management, the studio operates on a core belief: artists, storytellers, and creative thinkers are essential to re-envisioning solutions and driving real change. Seitu Adim Coleman is the Creative Director at Proxy Audio Visual, a Northern California-based live and virtual event production company that specializes in creating unique and exciting live and virtual experiences. Adim leads one of the premier event design teams in the world, bringing together the rare combination of artistic vision and technical mastery.
With an endless library of design books from the greatest creators the world has ever known and an extreme in-depth, masterful understanding of technology from his background with the FAA, Adim brings the best of both worlds—the creator and the technician—to your live event.
During COVID, Adim was one of the first people to discover how to put thousands of people on a Zoom call, revolutionizing the capabilities of streamed events in a time where it was difficult for people to connect with each other.

Jessa Ciel
Jessa is an artist provocateur who focuses her art and rebelliousness on the contributions and challenges of people of color in contemporary society. Her work has been selected for the WCA's 50th anniversary exhibition at the Bridgeport Art Center, the SF Black Film Festival, ALSO Gallery LA, in private collections and more.
She has produced, directed and edited content for The National Gallery of Art, Stanford University, Tre/Borden Co. and more. Ciel holds a BA in Film from CSU Los Angeles and an MFA in Photography from Cranbrook Academy of Art.
Ben Rubio
Ben Rubio is a cinematographer and colorist with a DTC agency background in commercial advertising, bringing strategy to the image, not just style. He creates cinematic visuals that stay true to a brand's message and vision, guided by a strategist's sense of what actually performs. Instead of simply making things look good, Ben focuses on visuals that mean the right thing, so the work feels clear to the audience and true to the brand. His style is intentional, clean, and story-led, with a sharp emphasis on tone, consistency, and emotional pull. Based in Northern California, he is available on set or remote and open to travel.
Jimiai Ajikaia
Jimiai Ajikaia is a multidisciplinary filmmaker, editor, and creative producer known for blending cinematic storytelling with innovative digital artistry. With years of experience in video production, animation, and post-production, he has worked across commercials, branded content, documentaries, and high-impact social campaigns.
Jimiai brings a unique combination of technical mastery and artistic intuition to every project, drawing from a background in editing, motion graphics, and visual design. His work spans dynamic promotional pieces, emotionally driven narratives, and visually striking animated sequences. Whether collaborating with major brands or building new creative ventures from the ground up, Jimiai is dedicated to elevating stories with clarity, beauty, and bold creative vision.
Jeremy Bouie
A cinematographer with over seven years of experience in film and visual storytelling. Jeremy began his career interning with production companies to learn directly from real-world sets, a mindset of constant growth that still drives his work today.
He's worked across commercials, narrative projects, and documentaries, collaborating closely with brands to create cinematic content that connects with audiences and supports their growth. He's comfortable leading crews as a Director of Photography or handling full productions as a one-man band, adapting to the needs of each project.
His long-term goal is to combine his passion for cinematography with his love for wildlife, ultimately pursuing a career as a nature filmmaker and using visual storytelling to inspire connection with the natural world.
Devyn Session
Devyn Session is a visual storyteller with a focus on event documentation, brand content, and lifestyle photography and video. With over seven years of experience in fast-paced production environments, Devyn specializes in capturing candid, story-driven moments while maintaining brand consistency and visual clarity.
His skill set includes live event coverage, short-form and long-form video capture, social-first content creation, and post-production workflows designed for scalability. Devyn brings a calm, professional presence on set and collaborates closely with production teams to ensure reliable, high-quality deliverables.
Siethasay Rasynouvong
Siethasay Rasynouvong is a multidisciplinary designer, photographer, and videographer based in Sacramento, California. Siethasay specializes in art direction, motion design, and creating unique brands for 21st-century businesses. He got his start working at PROXY as a designer for over 9 years where he was fortunate enough to work on notable projects for HBO, Nike, Hoka, and Alicia Keys.
Siethasay has always been passionate about art and creativity. He grew up inspired by the animes, movies, books, and video games that he consumed during his childhood. He strives to create works that instill the same sense of wonder and admiration that he felt during his childhood, to encourage a new generation of creatives.

An independent filmmaker and screenwriter whose work is rooted in authentic Black storytelling and community engagement. His films have twice been recognized by the Sacramento International Film Festival, reflecting a dedication to crafting powerful, character-driven stories that explore race, resilience, and identity.
All of his films are shot on location in Sacramento, where he collaborates with local talent, uses real neighborhoods and businesses, and captures the city's distinctive cultural energy. Through his YouTube channel, he makes his work widely accessible, connecting with audiences both locally and globally.
Beyond filmmaking, he teaches free community-based screenwriting workshops, mentoring emerging storytellers and fostering new creative voices. His artistic mission is to challenge stereotypes, elevate underrepresented perspectives, and create films that are as visually dynamic as they are emotionally resonant.
Daniel M. Xaysongkham
Daniel M. Xaysongkham is a commercial photographer and cinematographer based in Sacramento, CA. Daniel has the eye to capture moments that mean the most to people. His style is cinematic, intriguing, and story driven that compels the audience to be hooked from beginning to end. Daniel has worked with many major brands; Red Bull USA, Lululemon, Google, Hoka, and many more to this day. Daniel continues to push the boundaries, and perfect his craft.

He started shooting professionally at age 21, developing a cinematic, story-driven approach, and authenticity. Born in San Diego and now based in Northern California, he's collaborated with brands including Foot Locker, Vans, and Jordan.
